Return Policy

Doughboys Surplus Store accepts the return or exchange of full-priced merchandise with the original receipt and tags attached, or included if possible. Returns are refunded in the method of original payment. Shipping is nonrefundable. All sales are final on undergarments, sunglasses, watches, military surplus and costume items.

Return Or Exchange

By Mail Complete the Return/Exchange Form included in your original shipment, and enclose it with the item(s) in its original packaging (when possible). When exchanging items, be sure to indicate the replacement item, including the style number, color, and size. Packages must be shipped pre-paid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
